Karin Yorfido to lead Broadridge Canada

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Karn Yorfido as president of Broadridge Canada. She replaces Michael Dignam, who is taking on an advisory role as vice chairman of the company.

Based in Toronto, Yorfido is responsible for Broadridge’s investor communication solutions (ICS) and global technology and operations (GTO) businesses in Canada, and reports to Chris Perry, president of Broadridge.

Yorfido has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, and has been a general manager for Broadridge Canada’s GTO division since 2021. Prior to this, she spent nearly 25 years with financial services firm RPM Technologies, now a part of Broadridge. She held a number of senior roles at the company, including executive vice president of business development and client solutions.

Commenting on the appointment, Perry says: “Karin is a proven leader with deep subject matter expertise across various sectors of the financial services industry and a clear understanding of the Canadian market and the evolving client focus and challenges driving industry and business transformation. She is the perfect candidate to continue growing Broadridge’s business in Canada, launching innovative solutions and leading complex client engagements.”
